Over a third of Lakewood has never been represented. 

 

The city's elite keep funding conservative candidates of their choice, in some cases even candidates who have been here less than five years. When the city was incorporated 25 years ago it promised equal representation. We are still waiting.

My history is notable for a lifetime of service. From Boy Scouts to Marine Corps, and a deployment to Operation Iraqi Freedom while in the National Guard, service is my core principle.

Locally, I was two-term Chair of the City of Lakewood's Public Safety Advisory Committee.  Neighborhood Association President.  President of Harrison Prep's Parent/Teacher Organization.  Pierce College Alum; President's List and Phi Theta Kappa.  Certified Veteran Service Officer.  Board officer of the Lakewood First Lions Club.  Lifetime member of both the Marine Corps League and VFW.

And for the last two years I have hosted and published "LakewoodLyre.com", the only exclusively Lakewood news website.

I interact with the City on an almost daily basis.  I already network with Pierce County, Washington State and Congressional staff.
